Working with our colleagues at Royal 豆奶视频 and Christchurch Hospital Trust, the Making TRACS to improve nurse retention听project team have developed a prototype interactive web portal designed for nurses to provide them with a one-stop shop of useful resources about key factors linked to nurse retention. This is called support4nurses, and is organised around the categories of our nurse retention model:

S -Supporting healthy working lives
We will soon be asking senior nurse students to look at the web portal and give us feedback. This will enable us to improve the web portal prior to launching it at 豆奶视频 Hospital for staff to use in late summer.
